Every project begins with a shortlist of questions that come up again and again. Some are about capacity, others about timelines, and a surprising number are about what happens when something does not go as planned. The most common question is about load tolerance. Event managers want to know exactly how much weight a stage platform can carry before they commit to a layout. The answer depends on the frame spacing, the deck material, and whether the structure will support additional rigging points. We usually walk through the technical sheet together and mark the limits that apply to their specific setup.

Delivery windows come up next. A venue in Kuching may have a strict loading bay schedule, while a convention centre in Kuala Lumpur might allow overnight access. Knowing the unloading constraints early changes how we sequence the truck arrivals and how many crew members we assign to the receiving area. This is where a simple conversation saves hours of on-site waiting.

Clients also ask about storage and staging space. Bulk furniture orders need a holding area before placement, and not every venue has one. We check whether the loading dock can double as a buffer zone or if we need to arrange a nearby warehouse. This affects the overall setup plan more than most people expect.

Another frequent question concerns the software side of planning. Venue architects want to know if our space-planning tools can import their CAD files directly, or if they need to rebuild the layout from scratch. We support common CAD formats and provide a simple export path, so the transition from concept to floor plan stays clean.

Finally, clients ask about what happens during a last-minute change. A keynote stage might need to shift three metres to the left, or the registration desk might move to a different hall entirely. We keep a buffer in the crew schedule and maintain a small stock of spare components, which allows us to absorb most adjustments without delaying the event.
